The Heronettes is a competitive synchronized swimming team located in Hamden, CT. Founded in 1970. The Heronettes team is a member of the Connecticut Association of United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc., and is sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Hamden.

Synchronized Swimming taught my daughter time management skills which has helped her become the Dean's List student that she is today. It also taught her how to work with others as part of a team and helped her form lifelong friendships.
