The Hamden Heronettes is a competitive synchronized swimming team located in Hamden, CT. Founded in 1970, the Heronettes team is a member of the Connecticut Association of United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc., and is sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Hamden.
